2. Repair Services

Repair services (including but not limited to computer repair, laptop repair, virus removal, phone repair, and hardware upgrades) are provided on an as-quoted basis. We will give you an estimate before starting work; you approve repairs either in person, by phone, or by other agreed means. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for data loss; we recommend you back up your data before any repair. Repairs may void manufacturer warranties; we can advise you on this when relevant.

3. Sales of Refurbished & Pre-Owned Tech

Refurbished and pre-owned items are sold as described. Sales may be completed in-store or through our online listings (e.g., eBay). Terms for online sales may be subject to the platform’s policies in addition to these terms. We stand behind the condition of our refurbished tech as described at the time of sale; please contact us with any issues so we can work toward a resolution.
